Why choose CapoFine?

Choose CapoFine for workforce development supported by recruitment, manager involvement and onboarding. Grow gives employees interactive learning within that wider people programme.

Build the programme around employee knowledge

An employee learning programme starts with what people need to understand about the company and their role. Grow gives authors a course and pathway builder with AI-assisted creation, reusable templates and audience assignment. Use approved material and make someone responsible for reviewing the content as products, policies and responsibilities change.

Stories and scenarios give learners context; questions and puzzles let them practise. Add formal assessments, pass scores, retries and certificates when a recorded check is appropriate. Custom branding and the learner login experience keep the programme recognisable as company learning, with access and completion windows for the audience receiving it.

  • Create company and role-specific learning pathways.
  • Use stories, practice and formal assessments.
  • Brand the employee learning experience.

Connect the accepted offer to the employee welcome

Recruitment establishes the relationship before the first course begins. Hire manages vacancies, candidate communication, interview scheduling and post-interview feedback. Candidate profiles keep the communication and documents together, while recruiters retain responsibility for hiring decisions. Document generation and signing support the accepted-offer stage.

The Suite handoff connects that stage to Onboard, where HR coordinates the new employee’s preparation, introductions and first-month activities. Give managers and other stakeholders the tasks they own, then connect relevant onboarding events to Grow assignments. Employees can move into the learning that supports their role as the wider welcome progresses.

  • Manage candidate communication and interviews in Hire.
  • Connect the employee handoff to Onboard.
  • Assign Grow learning from the employee journey.

Give development a place in the first months

Employees need people to speak with and goals to work toward as they learn. Onboard schedules manager check-ins, buddy meetings and team introductions within the journey. Practical tasks have owners, deadlines and reminders, and manager-approved goals give the employee a direction for the first months.

Use questions, surveys and NPS to hear how the experience is going. Grow continues with role learning, recurring assignments and progress reporting after the welcome. Keep the responsibilities clear: managers support the employee, content owners maintain the learning, and HR coordinates the journey that brings the people and activities together.

  • Include buddy support and manager meetings.
  • Set goals with visible progress and ownership.
  • Continue development through recurring Grow learning.

Separate the employee learning you want to move from the commercial academy you may still need to run. LearnWorlds content, website pages, subscriptions and transaction history serve different purposes. Preserve them deliberately, then define the workforce programme and any separate commerce requirements.

Plan your move with usExplore security and data handling
  1. Separate learning from commerce

Inventory course assets, learner groups and completion records alongside website pages, customer subscriptions and payment arrangements. Identify which learners are employees. Keep historical transactions and commercial obligations separate from the training records you intend to retain or migrate.

  2. Build the employee experience

Rebuild one workforce course in Grow with its learning activities and assessment. Add the manager, buddy and onboarding work in Onboard. Use the pilot to check employee access, branding and completion evidence, with SCORM requirements handled through Custom feasibility.

  3. Decide what happens to the academy

Course storefronts, checkout, subscriptions and external portals require Custom feasibility. Agree which commercial systems remain in place and who retains their records. Expand the workforce learning programme once its content owners and onboarding stakeholders have reviewed the new employee journey.

More about CapoFine vs LearnWorlds

Does CapoFine include a course storefront?

Course checkout, subscriptions and commercial academies require Custom feasibility. Describe the purchasing, access, administration and reporting requirements before including an academy replacement in the project.

Can we move courses without moving the whole academy?

Yes, the migration can focus on selected employee learning. Identify the source material and records involved. Keep customer subscriptions, payments and historical sales data separate from the employee learning project.

Will SCORM packages transfer unchanged?

SCORM and xAPI compatibility require Custom feasibility with representative packages. Native Grow rebuilding and historical data migration are separate work items, so the proposal should identify the approach for each course.

How does CapoFine support employee development?

Grow provides continuing learning and formal assessments. Onboard coordinates manager meetings, buddy activities and goals. Suite rules connect employee events to learning assignments, while recurring learning keeps relevant subjects in the programme.

What should we include in a cost comparison?

Separate employee learning costs from any academy commerce that must remain. Include learning capacity, content work, migration, implementation and integrations. Custom academy requirements should have their own agreed scope rather than being assumed within the standard learning offer.
