Why CapoFine exists

Build for the person asked to use it.

Employees have enough systems they are told to use. We build CapoFine around a different question: what would make them want to come back?

The thinking behind CapoFine
“If your people believe in what you do, customers feel it. So why would an employee want to use another HR system?”

An idea is only useful when it changes what you build.

01

Make learning active

Onboard uses interactive stories, puzzles and missions to help people discover company context. Grow continues that approach through learning beyond onboarding. Points, badges and leaderboards make progress visible across the journey.

02

Use research as a check

Talya Bauer’s 6 Cs help us consider compliance, clarification, culture, connection, confidence and checkback. They keep our attention on the whole new-hire experience, including the moments software cannot deliver alone.

03

Measure what happens

Onboard shows journey progress, activity completion and employee feedback in configurable analytics views. Teams can see where people stall and use that evidence to improve the next journey.

04

Show the commercial boundaries

We publish prices and package differences. We also name where an integration depends on third-party approval or a capability depends on scope. Buyers should be able to see those limits before a call.

05

Make security inspectable

Our public security material covers hosting, access, backups and subprocessors. It also states the certifications CapoFine does not hold. Trust grows when a buyer can check the actual controls.

Software cannot welcome someone on its own.

A manager has to show up. IT has to prepare the laptop. A buddy has to make time. Onboard can give those moments an owner, a date and a place in the journey. The people involved still have to do the work.

Know the people before day one.

Amara meets the team she is joining and knows who will be there to help. A welcome becomes more useful when the people in it are real to her.
