How this website uses browser storage
CapoFine uses first-party cookies, local storage, and session storage to remember choices and preserve progress in website tools. Necessary storage supports a journey that you requested. It is not used to build an advertising profile.
Session storage normally ends when the relevant browser tab or session is closed. Necessary preference cookies remain for up to one year. Local storage remains until it is removed, reset by the website, or cleared through your browser settings.
Necessary storage
- capofine:consent:v4 records the consent version, your separate anonymous-statistics and sales-journey choices, and the time those choices were made or updated.
- capofine:booking:v3 stores the current booking step, selected time, and booking context during a demo request.
- capofine:plan-finder stores Plan Finder answers and recommendation context while you complete or hand off the journey.
- capofine:lead:roi-report and capofine:lead:plan-recommendation preserve the information needed to generate a report or recommendation you request.
- capofine-currency stores your selected EUR, USD, or GBP pricing currency for up to one year. Without that choice, the website uses Cloudflare's visitor-country signal to choose an initial supported currency.
- capofine-billing-period stores your monthly or annual pricing view for up to one year.
Optional analytics
Anonymous site statistics uses self-hosted Plausible software to help us understand pageviews, referral sources, UTM campaigns, and whether visitors complete journeys such as a demo booking, Plan Finder, ROI calculation, or report request.
Anonymous site statistics does not set analytics cookies or track visitors across unrelated websites. We block identification events and do not send names, email addresses, company names, form answers, free-text notes, or report contents to it.
Sales journey tracking is a separate choice. CapoFine's self-hosted tracker uses the first-party _crm_v and _crm_fs cookies for up to 395 days to connect pageviews, campaign and referral context, selected clicks, and submitted website form values to one visitor journey. It skips password, hidden, and file fields and honours supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
These tools are hosted by CapoFine, and their information is not shared with another company for analytics, advertising, or profiling. Each optional tool initializes only after you approve it. Withdrawing sales journey tracking removes its cookies and reloads the page to stop it. Withdrawing anonymous site statistics blocks later statistics events.
Change or withdraw your choice
Use Cookie preferences in the footer to approve or decline anonymous site statistics and sales journey tracking separately. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
You can also clear local storage and session storage through your browser. Blocking necessary storage may prevent booking, Plan Finder, ROI, and preference features from keeping their state.
