Are puzzles employee assessments?
No. In Onboard, stories, questions and puzzles support interactive learning and company discovery. Formal assessments, pass scores and certificates belong in Grow.
Do employees have to complete daily missions?
Missions can be optional. They are designed to encourage company, workplace, colleague or culture discovery.
Which gamification features are available?
Onboard can use streaks, badges, points, levels, rewards and leaderboards alongside journey progress.
