AI candidate analysis

Making things easier for human review.

Once the vacancy requirements, CV, and application answers are in Hire, candidate analysis explains the score requirement by requirement and prepares strengths, remarks, and interview questions for recruiter review. It does not decide who advances.

Two requirements are supported. Negotiation authority needs clarification.

Requirement-level evidence

A score you can inspect, not a verdict you have to trust.

Every requirement shows the candidate evidence behind its result. Confidence describes how completely the available sources support that result, not the candidate's likelihood of success. Missing or unclear evidence stays visible as uncertainty and cannot become an automatic hiring decision.

The CV names commercial ownership but does not describe contract size or negotiation authority.

Missing evidence stays visible and cannot trigger an automatic decision.

Strengths, remarks, and questions

Start the interview where the CV stops.

Hire generates vacancy-specific strengths and remarks when a candidate applies with a CV. Concerns become suggested interview questions, giving the hiring team a practical way to clarify what the application cannot prove.

Corrections and analysis history

Keep the original analysis and every reasoned correction.

They might be smart, but we're smarter.

Hire warns reviewers when CV or application text attempts to influence the analysis. The attempted instruction is ignored, remains available for review, and cannot reject or downrank the candidate.

Does Hire decide who advances?

No. Hire prepares evidence, a vacancy-fit score, strengths, remarks, and suggested questions for recruiter review. A person decides whether to continue, correct the record, request more evidence, or take another hiring action.

What happens when evidence is missing or uncertain?

Hire shows what is missing or unclear and keeps that requirement neutral. Confidence describes the available evidence, not the candidate's likelihood of success. The recruiter can review the source, ask a follow-up question, or correct the criterion when better evidence is available.

Where do the suggested interview questions come from?

Hire turns vacancy-relevant concerns and gaps in the application evidence into candidate-specific questions. Recruiters review the suggestions before adding them to the interview plan.

Can a recruiter correct the analysis?

Yes. A recruiter can correct a criterion with supporting evidence and a written reason. Hire keeps the original analysis, the correction, and its effect on the visible result.

What is stored with each analysis version?

Each immutable analysis version keeps its structured result and provenance, including the exact model and prompt schema used. A new run creates a separate record rather than silently changing the previous analysis.
